Anhydrous Wit

Are you pondering what I'm pondering?

I probably shouldn't say this, but...

The world needs more people like me.

At the supermarket yesterday, I demonstrated how I can pack a bag more efficiently than most of the store's employee's. I also used two canvas bags and two paper bags that I have had for some time. (And, once they rip or get holes beyond my tolerance limit, I use them to hold my newspapers or paperboard for recycling.)

I saved paper. I saved plastic. I got 20 cents taken off my total. Why don't other people see how easy this is?

Pure laziness. I took three back today but only reused two so left one there. There was an article in THE INQUIRER there where some states are outlawing plastic bags that just lay in landfills unable to return to compost. But it also mentioned that they are working on biodegradeable bags but still experimenting with them. Go on the Inquirer web site ans see if you can find it~Warren
