Self-Motivation

I realized today at work that I need to be more assiduous about following up on the information I've requested from coworkers.  They aren't very efficient at replying to my calls or e-mails, so I need to keep bugging them until they answer.  Of course, since I'm Cap'n Chlorophyll, I suppose one could say that I should be more deciduous.
