Just Another Manic Monday

It is winter (more or less), which means that my job has dropped to four days a week.  This season, I have Mondays off.  On the 3rd, I signed a form at the bank's estate department and had a meeting with my accountant.  On the 10th, I went to the DMV to transfer my mom's car title & registration into my name, and I signed a form for the accountant.  Yesterday was very busy:  haircut, chose tile for laundry room repair, met with the estate attorney, signed up for internet access with the cable TV provider, and called to inquire about my missing long-distance telephone bill.

I have decided that my extra day off is not part of the weekend.  Weekends are for lazing about.  These are bonus days.  (As insurance in case you come back to me later & say I didn't do anything productive on a future Monday, I'll merely point out that I did so much in early winter that it made up for later on.)
